Winter Flea Market Sign-Ups
Sign-ups start Monday, November 4th
All sign-ups for the flea markets must be done prior to the weekend and can only be done in the store. For more information please call our Customer Service desk at 412-835-3246.
Vendor spots are $30 per weekend. Vendors must commit to both weekend days. Tables available to rent for $5 each. Tables are limited and come on a first come, first serve basis. Vendors are not allowed into the market before 8:00 am. No information only booths, no direct selling, and no baked goods or prepared foods. Vendors must provide their own change. All booth spaces must be cleared and trash disposed of by the vendor. Vendors are not permitted to bring heaters due to a safety concern. Due to the time of year we hold these flea markets, we will only offer refunds if Trax Farms does not open. Failure to comply with these rules will result in Trax Farms asking you to pack up and leave with no refund.
Friday – Early set up can be done from 12:00 pm-5:00 pm. No earlier than 12:00 pm on Friday. Please bring your own cart or dolly
Saturday/Sunday – Vendors can enter the building no earlier than 8:00 am. Please bring your own cart or dolly
*Vendors are not allowed to sell alcohol, tobacco, pre-packaged foods or adult materials.
