Trax Farms pavilion is located on top of our hill that has a picture perfect view of our 150 year old farm. It can be accessed off of McClelland Road – where there’s a gate to the pavilion.

Price: $318.00 (tax included) for the day with a $50.00 deposit due at the time of booking

Seats: 80-100 people

Time: Gate is typically unlocked around 9:30 a.m. and we just ask that you are cleaned up and out by the time it gets dark, as it gets very dark up there.

Utilities: There is no running water or electricity. There is 1 Port a John.

Availability: May – Mid September *We do not rent out during the month of October due to our Fall Festival

Will begin taking 2024 Summer Rentals on January 1, 2024.

Trax Farms Event Room is located inside of our Gift Shop. Our event room is full of rustic charm! Our event room is closed off from the rest of our store, so you can party in peace.

Think of us for your corporate events as well! Our Event Room is the perfect spot for a meeting or an employee luncheon.

Price: $212.00 (tax included) for the day with a $50.00 deposit due at the time of booking

Seats: 60-70 people

Time: our Event Room is available from 10:00 AM until 5:30 PM.

Utilities: one refrigerator, one wash sink, one bathroom, air conditioning, and electricity.
