The four-course dinner buffet will feature a selection of locally sourced vegetables, fruits, and herbs, with entrees including char-grilled lamb, grilled and roasted vegetables, and a summer grain medley, accompanied by house-made condiments, dips, salsas, and sauces. Your evening will also include a scenic hayride to and from our pavilion, where you can enjoy live music.
